Join Senior Services for a guided viewing of the PBS series “Race: The Power of Illusion.” The discussions will be led by Deborah Terry-Hays and are open to organizations, community members, and students.

 

This workshop will focus on the final episode of the series, “The House We Live In.” This episode discusses how racism is perpetuated throughout American institutions, advantaging some groups at the expense of others, and the consequences of persistent inequality. The discussion will focus on the wealth gap between whites and non-whites.
